Problems: 
  • not unified
  • the design doesn't go with the Einstein name
  • colors don't work
  • clip art has background and is just stuck on there
  • too many fonts
  • no alignment
  • flower doesn't make any sense and looks like clip art for a funeral home
  • design speaks to middle-aged to older women


Possible Solutions:
  • Einstein's puts off an intellectual vibe..try a clean, smart layout
  • Colors that might go with scientific themes might be greys, greens, blues, white, reds, yellows
  • clip art needs to make sense and serve a purpose otherwise it hurts the design
  • align it in someway
  • repeat something
  • have contrasting elements


Solution #1
  • chose modern simplified picture of Albert Einstein for the logo
  • aligned the info to the center of the group
  • used grey, green, white-simple color scheme easy to read
  • kept the funky modern style in the font choice
  • repeated the dot element and color from the logo
  • speaks to a younger age group than the original





Solution #2
  • chose fun picture of Albert Einstein drinking a latte :)
  • aligned the entire design to the center of the card
  • used a simple blue, red, white, grey color scheme..eye catching and bold
  • used a circle design in background that repeats the curve from the logo and draws your eye in like a target
  • repeated the red in the info below tying the logo and text together
  • speaks to a younger age group than the original
